Registered DietitianLifekind Health is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team in the Phoenix area. Participate in a multidisciplinary team to develop, monitor, and adjust comprehensive and coordinated care plans. Provide advice and counsel on food and nutrition to patients in individual and group settings.Our mission is to bring care that's whole, human, and healing. Our team of medical doctors, psychologists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and dietitians work together within a revolutionary transdisciplinary model that addresses the quadruple aim of healthcare: enhancing patient experience, improving patient health, reducing healthcare costs, and increasing employee satisfaction.About the position:Assess patient lifestyle, nutrition, and health needsAssist patients in the development of specific nutrition goalsDevelop thorough and cost-efficient meal plans that include healthy foods and meet nutritional goalsEvaluate the effects of meal plans and change plans as neededCounsel patients on the relationship between good eating habits and preventing or managing specific diseases in individual and group settingsTranslate nutrition science into understandable, practical eating adviceKeep up with the latest nutritional science researchProvide services in accordance with company guidelines, state and federal laws and regulationsPrepare and review patient histories and obtain data through interviewsMaintain detailed, legible, and confidential medical records after each patient visit in accordance with established protocolsCode encounter forms according to time of the visit, procedures performed, and pertinent ICD-codesAttend internal and external meetings, workshops, and conferences and participate on task forces or committees, as necessary and/or required by companyFollow Company Standards of Customer Service BehaviorParticipate in Quality Improvement (QI) InitiativesOur Ideal Candidate will have the following qualifications:Current Registered Dietitian licensure/certification in Arizona1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred; open to recent graduates-Training availableExcellent oral and written communication skillsEffective interpersonal skillsBilingual in Spanish/English is a plusAt Lifekind, we believe our employees deserve the best.
