From preparing fresh sauces and handcrafted pastas to ensuring every plate is beautifully presented, your culinary expertise will help create moments guests savor long after their meal. Working alongside a talented team, you'll uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and hospitalitymaking every service an unforgettable experience.
The Starting Rate: $18.95 an hour
The Schedule:
Swing Shift | Full Time
Friday | 1:00pm - 11:00pm
Saturday - Tuesday | 2:30pm - 10:30pm
Off: Wednesday & Thursday
Stalla Restaurant Overview The Day-To-Day:
- Apply solid culinary techniques and maintain strong knowledge of food products
- Safely identify and operate kitchen equipment to prepare dishes with consistency and care
- Restock kitchen supplies and food items to ensure readiness for service
- Properly label and date products, following all sanitation and safekeeping standards
- Execute detailed plate presentations with attention to authenticity and quality
- Assist kitchen leadership and teammates during service to maintain smooth operations
- Prepare and maintain solid knowledge of base sauces, stocks, and soups
- Work collaboratively to meet guest needs and support the team
