Companion Caregiver (Part-Time)

Location: McLean, VA
Schedule: Tuesdays | 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $25.00 per hour

We're seeking a compassionate, dependable, and engaging Companion Caregiver to provide companionship and light assistance to a client in McLean, VA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships while helping a client remain comfortable and independent at home.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly companionship and conversation
• Prepare and cook a simple, nutritious meal with the client
• Encourage social interaction and engagement
• Assist with light kitchen clean-up after meal preparation
• Monitor the client's well-being and report any concerns to the care team
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive environment

Qualifications

• Caregiving, companion care, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to work independently while providing excellent client care
