We are dedicated to quality and committed to our community.YOUR HOURSThis is a part-time hybrid role with shifts scheduled during regular business hours.WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?As our MEP Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational aspects of our commercial maintenance and repair services. In our hybrid/in-office setting, your responsibilities will include reviewing service documentation and processing billing, monitoring job progress, and providing coordination support. You'll manage purchasing activities and vendor communications, oversee warranty administration, and assist with estimating efforts by organizing project information. Additionally, you will offer administrative support to ensure that projects and teams stay on track.You will work closely with both office and field personnel to help ensure that projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with client expectations.IS THIS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU?2+ years of field experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Commercial trade workExperience as a Lead Technician, Foreman, Crew Lead, or equivalentStrong understanding of commercial service operationsStrong computer skillsExcellent written communicationAbility to read work orders and understand repairs performedAbility to prioritize multiple projectsPreferred Experience:EstimatingPurchasingWarranty administrationCommercial constructionInventory managementCustomer serviceIf you're excited by the idea of combining field knowledge with operations leadership, don't wait.
