Lead Information Security & Governance Specialist The Boeing Company (Boeing Defense, Space & Security) invites applications for a Lead Information Security & Governance Specialist to join the Lab Operations team in Oklahoma City, OK. Position Responsibilities Lead and maintain program information security for assigned systems to meet program and enterprise requirements, policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures. Manage Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes, product development, and product maintenance for assigned systems. Manage and perform security compliance continuous monitoring. Lead and participate in security assessments and audits. Identify root causes, prioritize threats, and recommend/implement corrective actions. Provide mentoring and technical leadership to the information security program team. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information protection, risk management, and/or IT compliance. Experience building relationships with internal and/or external customers. Experience working with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, MS Project). Experience conducting investigations and/or audits. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience managing equipment baselines utilizing auditing tools. Location & Work Arrangement Position is 100% onsite in Oklahoma City, OK. Shift & Travel Primarily supports 1st shift; may have additional shift requirements. Travel up to 10% of time. Conflict of Interest Must satisfy the Boeing COI assessment process. Security Clearance Requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance. Must be a U.S. Person. Benefits & Total Rewards Salary: USD $121,550 – $164,450.
