Wastewater Treatment Engineer-Civil

Selectek is searchingfor a Wastewater Treatment Engineer-Civil in Indianapolis IN for a growing Civil Engineering firm. Base Salary $90K-$120K relevant to experience. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of water/wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment facilities and conveyance systems Serve as a subject matter expert in permitting, treatability studies, process optimization, and system operations Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality for multiple projects Oversee and mentor engineering teams, coordinating with other disciplines as needed Conduct site visits and maintain strong client relationships Support business development through client outreach, proposal preparation, and cost estimating Promote safety and quality standards across all project phases Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment Required Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering (master’s degree a plus) Professional Engineer (PE) license required 7–10 years of progressive experience in water and wastewater treatment infrastructure projects Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects and teams Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions Expertise in current engineering technologies, codes, and practices relevant to water/wastewater systems Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and leadership potential #J-18808-Ljbffr Selectek
