These are full-time, onsite, temporary-to-hire opportunities for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment. Open Roles Include Accounts Receivable Clerks Accounts Payable Clerks What You’ll Be Doing Processing and posting payments Managing invoicing and collections Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies Reviewing and matching invoices, receipts, and purchase orders General ledger coding and data entry Assisting with month‑end close processes Generating financial reports Supervising and mentoring accounting staff (Supervisor roles) What We’re Looking For Prior experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or both Experience within a law firm or professional services environment is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfort working with accounting systems and financial software Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities Professional communication skills Why Consider This Opportunity?
