Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) in Seattle, Washington. This position involves evaluating all assigned patients and developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans according to patient needs, goals, and physician direction. The role requires ensuring functional treatment programs to facilitate effective return to community activities, serving as an educator for patients, families, students, and colleagues. A commitment to safety, compliance, and professional standards is essential in delivering high-quality outpatient therapy services.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift with 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; active licensed physical therapist in Washington state; successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or organization is highly desired.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with outpatient populations and in outpatient clinical settings.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive evaluations, utilizes clinical reasoning to develop treatment plans, and documents medical records accurately and in a timely manner. Participates in student supervision and provides a positive learning environment. Maintains licensure and complies with state practice acts and regulatory requirements. Demonstrates organizational performance improvement awareness and actively engages in professional development activities.
