Restaurant Store Manager – Smoothie King (Temple, TX)Compensation: $17.00 per hour + Performance-Based Bonus (Full-Time, Overtime Eligible)We're looking for a strong, hands-on leader to run our Temple Smoothie King location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, improving operations, and taking ownership of store performance. This is a full-time leadership position with hourly pay and overtime eligibility. In addition to base pay, this role includes a performance-based bonus program tied directly to store profitability, labor control, food cost management, and operational results.
