Role: Physical Therapist leading an outpatient clinic. Responsibilities Provide evidence-based physical therapy to a diverse caseload. Evaluate and treat patients, developing individualized care plans to restore function and mobility. Build and grow the clinic, fostering a welcoming environment. Mentor staff and collaborate with referring providers to ensure comprehensive patient care. Contribute to community health and patient outcomes through clinical excellence. Qualifications & Skills Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist. Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care. Leadership ability to mentor staff and develop the clinic. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Commitment to ongoing professional development and community impact. #J-18808-Ljbffr
