Product Designer (Early Career)

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 1-4 years of experience in UX or product design, preferably in a fast-paced environment Strong Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, including user research, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, such as Figma Understanding of user centered design principles, usability best practices, and common research methodologies Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas and rationale effectively Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail What the job involves Design intuitive user experiences across web and mobile products, including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to define product requirements and deliver thoughtful solutions to user and business problems Own design workstreams from concept through execution, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement Translate research insights, product requirements, and data into clear design recommendations Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and quality across products Present design concepts, rationale, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional partners Participate in design critiques and reviews, providing and incorporating feedback to continuously improve the user experience Advocate for users throughout the product development process and champion a user-centered approach to decision-making Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product design #J-18808-Ljbffr Mirage
