We have successfully navigated our company through many industry cycles and changes in regulations.We honor God by using our talents to make a positive difference in the lives of our Team Members, Clients, Shareholders, Communities, and the People who provide services to us.We are searching for a Licensed Production Associate with strong time management skills, organization, good work ethic, and outstanding customer service skills.What you'll do:Provide a warm welcome to Realtors and ClientsMonitor and manage workflow to ensure timely closingsMaintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on changes to market conditionsComply with all applicable laws and regulations related to mortgage lendingSet up loan files and pre-qualification, and once under contract, review borrower income and asset documentation for completeness and accuracyCommunicate with borrowers, processors, operations staff, title companies, Realtors, etc., to expedite the mortgage processRequest and follow up on required documentation from our clientsDisclose and submit loans to the Operations Department – lots of attention to detailPerform basic income calculations, run AUS and set up loan scenarios in Mortgage CoachProvide extraordinary customer service to both internal and external customersMeet goals regarding time frames - we always close our clients on timeWork within a databasePlan and set up lunch-ins, meetings, etc.Market, service, and promote the Company's loan products, make outbound calls to past clients to check in and schedule check up conversationsWhat you'll need to be successful:Success in this job relies on your time management skills, organization, and positive attitude.Excellent customer service skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong computer and technology-related skillsMust be extremely organizedComputer savvy and strong ability to pick up quickly on new systemsDU is a plusAbility to follow up with multiple prospects dailyStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills requiredCRM/Salesforce experience and knowledge of working within a database are a plusProfessional demeanorSelf-motivatedNMLS license (preferred)Where you come in:This professional will assist the Loan Officer in partnering with Realtors, Builders, and other clients in securing mortgage financing.
