Flex Security Officer

Overview Per Mar Security Services, an industry leader in providing integrated security solutions, seeks hardworking, motivated people to join a team of over 2,600 members across 25 locations. The company offers full‑service security options for homes and businesses. Position Flex Patrol position, Wednesday–Sunday and Friday–Tuesday shifts, 10pm–6am. Pay $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions. Examine doors, windows, and gates for proper function and security. Warn violators of premise rules and regulations. Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts. Report facility issues and request emergency personnel for high‑risk situations. Essential Duties Check vehicles in and out of the lumber yard, ensuring purchased product matches items in vehicle. Use hand‑held computers to review orders and count product. Maintain strong product knowledge of the building industry and construction. Walk extensive distances, especially during peak months. Communicate effectively with the public. Qualifications 18 years of age or older. Familiarity with security equipment. Ability to handle physical workload. Valid driver's license and clean driving record; dependable vehicle required. Willingness to travel to different sites and flexible schedule. Must participate in pre‑employment screening, including drug screen and background investigation. Benefits Daily pay available.
