We are seeking a Board-Certified Surgeon or an individual who is residency-trained in Small Animal Surgery. Role Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced clinician with an entrepreneurial mindset to lead the way in building and expanding our Surgery department. Our new building will feature three surgical suites and ample space for you to grow your services. You will play a key role in contributing to the growth of a talented team in a thriving area, working collaboratively with our team to build a strong service. You may also be eligible to earn production bonuses as determined by company policy. BluePearl offers additional ancillary benefits, including shift differentials and weekend differentials.
