About DentalMonitoring DentalMonitoring is a leader in orthodontics, offering the industry's first AI-powered remote monitoring solution certified as a medical device Our mission is to set a new standard of care by combining advanced technology with strong commitments to quality, efficiency, patient and doctor experience Our platform helps practices enhance clinical control, optimize workflows, and deliver more personalized patient care Our proprietary AI analyzes scans and provides actionable insights, enabling proactive and timely clinical intervention, supported by 13,000+ clinical data results We provide a full ecosystem of support, including onboarding, training, and marketing tools, continuously redefining what's possible in orthodontic care The Role Prospect daily by identifying new opportunities within your territory(Michigan and Western Indiana) Understand the DM value proposition and how significantly it can change a dental/ortho practice workflow Partner with customers and KOLs to understand their business objectives and critical issues Segment the given territory to identify the key opportunities to drive strong sales growth in new business, and reach the full potential of the current customer base Build and execute strategic account plans to exceed sales targets, company KPIs, and objectives Identify and nurture relationships with KOL/influential customers Drive local and national events, webinars, masterclasses & study clubs, and bring new and innovative ways to drive peer-to-peer endorsement Work and communicate in a multifunctional team. The Account Executive has the end responsibility for the customers in the respective area and therefore needs to be able to influence the output of the team successfully Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and competition Fully utilize CRM to report activity 30% overnight travel You will be successful in this role if Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field, or 5+ years of sales/business development experience (dental, orthodontic, medtech, or similar) Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills Proven ability to manage client portfolios and drive results independently Solid understanding of market trends and customer needs Highly organized with excellent interpersonal skills Proactive, service-oriented, and results-driven mindsetComfortable with learning and selling new technologies Fluent in English Willingness to travel regularly A car and a valid driver's license It would be fantastic if Experience in the orthodontics, dental, or medical technology field Experience in a scale-up environment where you can demonstrate versatility and take initiative Knowledge of Gmail (including Google Suite/Google Docs), CRM/Salesforce, Excel, and Apple Mac products Our work environment At DentalMonitoring our employees thrive because : We collaborate across teams, combining expertise in technology, clinical practice, and customer success to deliver meaningful impact We operate in a diverse, multicultural environment with colleagues from over 35 nationalities worldwide We are committed to building an inclusive workplace where everyone feels supported and empowered to contribute What we bring to our employees Your ideas will be heard!
