Registered NurseWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN to provide quality nursing care in patients' homes. The ideal candidate has strong clinical assessment skills, works independently, and is committed to delivering safe, patient-centered care while collaborating with the healthcare team.Location: Anchorage, Alaska Hourly Rate: $40-$48 Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / On-CallQualifications:Active Registered Nurse (RN) licenseAt least 1 year nursing experience (home health or hospital preferred)Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationAble to work independently in the fieldGood communication and documentation skillsStrong competency in clinical assessment and critical thinkingJob Responsibilities:Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homesConduct patient assessments and monitor health statusAdminister medications and perform wound care, injections, and other ordered treatmentsDevelop, implement, and update patient care plansComplete required clinical documentation, including OASIS when applicableReport significant changes in patient condition to the care team and physicianCoordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionalsMaintain a safe environment during home visitsProvide clinical guidance for complex cases and care decisionsReview and sign care plans as requiredSupport development and implementation of nursing protocols and clinical procedures, as authorizedEnsure compliance with state and federal home health regulationsWork Location: In person
