Location: Assisted Living Facilities Around Town

Position: Fee-for-Service (aka we pay you for every good deed you do )

Hey you! Yes, you—the empathetic, kind-hearted human with a Master's degree and a superhero cape flapping in the wind (or maybe it's just a long cardigan, whatever works). We’re a small, family-run team of social workers who believe in real connections, belly laughs, and the healing power of love.

Our company provides supportive counseling to seniors in assisted living facilities. We're not about big corporate nonsense—we’re about showing up, sitting down, and listening to life stories that start with “Back in my day…” and end with “...and that’s how I met Sinatra.”

What You’ll Do (aka your superhero duties):

• Provide individual counseling sessions to seniors (sometimes in slippers and a bathrobe)
• Support mental wellness and help residents feel heard, valued, and validated
• Collaborate with facility staff and families without drowning in paperwork
• Using a VERY easy EHR that we pay for, write notes like the organized legend you are
• Travel to local assisted living facilities (no Batmobile required, but reliable transport is a must)

Who You Are:

• A licensed LMSW, LCSW, or equivalent (or nearly there—talk to us!)
• A compassionate listener with a great sense of humor (bonus if you laugh at corny jokes)
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
• Respectful of seniors’ dignity and life stories (and can handle hearing the same one twice… or twelve times)
• Able to commit to at least a few visits a week (flexibility is our middle name—but not legally
