Responsibilities

Executive & Client Reception

• Welcome and host visiting senior executives, client leaders, board members, and high‑profile external stakeholders.
• Deliver a refined, professional arrival experience that reflects Bloom Energy’s brand and executive standards.

Client Experience & Brand Perception

• Intentionally shape the first‑impression experience for all executive‑level visitors.
• Reinforce Bloom Energy’s image as an innovative, credible, and executive‑ready organization.

Marketing & Visual Presentation

• Ensure reception and front‑of‑house areas reflect Bloom Energy’s brand standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support executive visit readiness, including signage, materials, and meeting space presentation.
• Offer recommendations for enhancing the overall corporate visitor experience.

Internal Coordination & Guest Handoff

• Coordinate closely with executive assistants, meeting hosts, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions.
• Manage accurate visitor tracking, security protocols, and handoff timing.
• Serve as a calm, professional liaison during schedule changes or last‑minute adjustments.

Reception & Administrative Support

• Manage front desk operations, including phone coverage, visitor access, and meeting room coordination.
• Handle executive‑level inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
• Support general administrative and facilities coordination tasks as appropriate.
