Pest Control Specialist

We're hiring a full-time pest control technician to help our customers get rid of unwanted visitors! You'll identify red flags that signal the presence of an infestation, decide on the appropriate treatment, and safely administer the appropriate tactics to eradicate pests and keep them from coming back. The ideal applicant has experience with integrated pest management, strong customer service skills, and enjoys helping people. Responsibilities Evaluate each residence for red flags of potential infestations, such as bed bugs, termites, rodents, vermin, or other pests Wear protective equipment and follow all safety guidelines and instructions when using power spraying equipment and fumigation equipment Determine and explain the most efficient way to eliminate an infestation, whether the method is pesticide use, blockages, mechanical traps, or other methods Fill out paperwork after every job to ensure we have a record of our services Spray the necessary pesticides in appropriate areas of infestation Qualifications One year experience as a pest control technician United States driver's license and clean driving record High school graduate or equivalent Able to pass a background check Superb customer service skills Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to obtain a Pest Control License Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs, climbing stairs, accessing and exiting roof or attic areas utilizing a ladder, and going into crawl spaces Must have a mobile device with service to use pest control apps Compensation $41,000 - $60,000 yearly #J-18808-Ljbffr Preventive Pest Control
