Requirement:
We are hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager with strong hands-on software delivery experience to lead complex enterprise technology programs across engineering, product, architecture, QA, and DevOps teams.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years in Technical Program Management, Software Engineering, or Technical Product Delivery
- Strong SDLC knowledge including system design, architecture reviews, CI/CD, and cloud-native applications
- Experience managing large-scale programs with distributed engineering teams
- Agile/Scrum/Kanban delivery expertise
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Ability to identify and resolve technical and delivery bottlenecks
Preferred:
- Healthcare technology experience (payer, provider, HIPAA, HL7/FHIR)
- Prior hands-on experience as a Software Engineer or Technical Architect
Experience working with offshore/nearshore delivery teams
