With 18 established locations, over 35 optometrists, and 5 ophthalmologists, our organization continues to grow rapidly while maintaining a strong reputation for clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

Due to increasing patient demand and continued expansion, we are seeking a BC/BE Vitreoretinal Surgeon to join our growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity to step into immediate clinical and surgical retina volume within a well-established, high-performing referral network.

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary for 2 years plus production model

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
• Completion of an accredited MD or DO program
• Completion of an accredited Ophthalmology Residency and Vitreoretinal Fellowship
• Eligible for or active medical licensure in the state of Kansas
• Strong surgical skills in vitreoretinal procedures
• Commitment to high‑quality, patient‑centered care
• Interest in collaboration, growth, and practice development
