Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have Meditech experience and a strong background in high caliber patient care. This position necessitates a quick start date and minimal PTO requests, ensuring continuity of care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to ED patients in a 37-bed facility.
• Assist with triage and treatment of patients, ensuring safety and quality of care.
• Utilize EMR across clinical settings to document patient information and care plans.
• Collaborate with medical staff to deliver comprehensive care.
• Participate in patient education regarding diagnoses and follow-up care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications required.
• Experience with Meditech EMR is a must.
• Strong patient experience skills are essential.
