Job Description - Project Management Specialist (26141258) Position Title Project Management Specialist – (26141258) Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the integrated Criminal Justice Data Warehouse project. Serve as primary point of contact between participating agencies and vendors. Partner and collaborate with multiple stakeholder organizations, agencies, and vendors. Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, status updates, and decision‑making sessions. Build and maintain strong working relationships with local law enforcement, state agencies, and vendor partners. Translate technical requirements into actionable plans for non‑technical stakeholders. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and resource allocations. Track milestones and deliverables using project management tools. Prepare progress reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Support grant reporting and performance measurement as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field. Eight years of experience managing projects. Demonstrated experience managing cross‑agency and/or multi‑vendor projects. Other combinations of education or experience may be substituted. Preferred Qualifications PMP or similar project management certification. Experience with criminal justice agencies and/or data systems. Effective facilitation experience and ability to influence. Ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences. Skill in navigating stakeholder complexities to maintain project momentum. Experience establishing and maintaining professional relationships. Additional Benefits Eligibility for part‑time telework after training; weekly in‑office days required.
