Customer Service Specialist Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 21.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 07:00pm )

- Answer inbound calls from members and internal team members regarding the vehicle titling process

- Assist members by answering title-related questions and providing accurate information

- Process title requests while ensuring accuracy and quality service

- Support internal departments with title documentation and inquiries

- Maintain detailed and accurate records while following established procedures

- Navigate multiple computer systems to complete title transactions efficiently

- Provide exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels

- Follow call handling procedures and quality standards on every interaction

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of title requests

- Perform other administrative and title-related duties as assigned

Customer Service Specialist Qualifications:

- Prior call center experience required

- Must have excellent customer service skills

- Must be familiar with computers and have the ability type well

- Must have reliable transportation

- Must be able to pass a background check

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
