Production Associate

Our client in Louisville is looking for Production Associates to join their team!

Responsibilities

• Follow standard operating procedures to produce orders.
• Communicate any delays or issues impacting order completion.
• Maintain quality standards during production.
• Ensure orders are accurate in quantities, placement, and garment types.
• Keep daily production records.
• Suggest process improvements and participate in efficiency evaluations.
• Follow preventative maintenance procedures.
• Prepare inventory and apply backing/topping as needed.
• Select the correct products, sizes, thread colors, and embroidery files.
• Personalize products according to order specifications.
• Package and ship orders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and take initiative.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay & Schedule: $15-17 M-F 8am to 5pm
