Overview Our store teammates are passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers through their eagerness to help, high brand and execution standards, and the ability to prioritize and efficiently execute operational processes. Responsibilities Greet teammates and customers, and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience. Ensure that all merchandise and product received at the store is processed in accordance with established programmes and procedures. Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards. Fulfill the company‑defined customer experience by completing all processes according to our service level standards, and assist in the completion of all omni‑channel fulfilment processes, including Ship From Store (SFS), Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS), and curbside pick‑up. Participate in loss‑prevention procedures related to omni‑channel processes and assist in completing daily FedEx box‑count audits according to company inventory‑control and loss‑prevention standards. Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss‑prevention and standard operating procedures, and maintain confidentiality of all company information. Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome, safe, and are treated with respect. Take an all‑hands‑on‑deck approach to support the team across the store. Perform other tasks as assigned by management. Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15–35 lbs repetitively (up to 25 times per hour). Ability to work extended periods of standing or walking (up to 4 hours) and to work at heights greater than 4 ft using a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform. Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours continuously). Compensation Targeted pay range: $15.00 – $22.00 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on location, experience, and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
