Rennco, a ProMach company based in Homer, Michigan, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to help drive growth and strengthen our brand. In this role, you will use your writing and digital marketing skills to create compelling content, support integrated campaigns, and deliver customer-facing programs that generate visibility and lead generation.

Are you passionate about this work?

• Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, public relations, and advertising to drive awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement
• Lead digital marketing strategy, including website content, SEO, PPC, email, social media, and marketing automation to support demand generation
• Develop and manage marketing collateral and content, including brochures, presentations, videos, photography, case studies, and thought leadership materials to support sales and brand growth
• Oversee public relations efforts, including press releases, articles, and media outreach, to strengthen brand visibility and industry presence
• Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies, media outlets, and trade publications, and coordinate advertising placements and materials
• Support product launches and aftermarket marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth across both new and existing customer segments
• Plan and execute trade shows and events, including logistics and pre-, during-, and post-event marketing and reporting
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts, improve CRM utilization, and support business objectives
• Manage the marketing budget in partnership with senior leadership to ensure effective allocation of resources
• Maintain consistent brand standards across all channels, including print, digital, and on-product applications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, content creation, or campaign execution
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear, compelling marketing content
• Experience supporting or executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, public relations, and advertising
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including website content management, email marketing, and social media
• Working knowledge of SEO, paid media, and marketing analytics to support lead generation efforts
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales and product teams
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and brand consistency
• Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Interest in manufacturing, automation, or B2B marketing environments is a plus
