Cardiac Surgeon
Non-profit regional health system in Central PA with more than 1200 providers within 100 clinic locations. Level 11 Trauma . Safe neighborhoods, lower cost of living, highly ranked schools. Opportunity for Junior Partner! Join an expanding Cardiothoracic Surgery practice offering dedicated ORs, including 2 Cardiac ORs, 9 General ORs, 3 Cardiac Cath Labs with a 12 bed CVICU and Cardiac Rehab Unit. 24/7 Dedicated Cardiac Anesthesia Team. Collaborative Medical Staff. Cerner and Centricity EMRs.
Requirements:
- BE/BC Cardiac Surgery
- Minimum 1year experience in complex valvular, aortic, and coronary surgery
- PA medical state license, or eligible
Compensation/Benefits:
- Guaranteed base salary
- Productivity bonus incentives
- Sign on bonus ($50k/negotiable)

- CME (40 Hours + 3k Annual)
