About the Team The Store Manager will fully immerse themselves in the Pandora brand, culture, and product, owning the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. They will coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates while driving sales and ensuring operational excellence from the sales floor. Responsibilities Coach and inspire the sales team, fostering accountability for individual and store performance. Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans. Surpass commercial targets and key performance indicators, setting new records and achieving remarkable success. Create unforgettable shopping moments that exceed expectations, using excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty. Progressively develop and empower the team to achieve KPI goals through real‑time feedback and guidance. Build and maintain loyal fan relationships beyond transactions. Recruit, retain, and develop exceptional talent, including Assistant Store Managers, Sales Associates, and Sales Leads. Collaborate with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to resolve performance issues and policy violations. Implement visual merchandising directives and efficient operational processes, while supporting continuous talent development. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high‑performance retail environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to charm and captivate audiences at all organizational levels. Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking that delivers positive results. Proven talent magnet: skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing teams, including succession planning. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point‑of‑sale systems. Age 18 or older and eligibility to work in the United States, with proof of identity. Willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
