Cloud Administrator

The Cloud Administrator (Azure) is responsible for maintaining secure, reliable, and efficient Azure cloud operations across multiple subscriptions and environments. This role oversees governance, networking, monitoring, identity integration, and core platform services while ensuring adherence to established standards, operational procedures, and security requirements. The position supports both cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure environments through effective administration, automation, and continuous improvement. Qualifications 3+ years of experience administering Microsoft Azure in a production environment. Strong understanding of Azure identity and access management concepts, including RBAC, privileged access controls, and governance frameworks. Hands‑on experience with Azure networking technologies and troubleshooting. Experience managing Azure compute, storage, backup, and patch management solutions. Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and operational support within business‑critical environments. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Ability to create and maintain clear technical and operational documentation. Preferred Skills & Certifications Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies such as Terraform or Bicep. Familiarity with CI/CD processes and platform automation practices. Experience with Microsoft Defender for Cloud, vulnerability management, and cloud security operations. Knowledge of Azure PaaS services and workload deployment best practices. Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or similar tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
