This fully onsite role is a pivotal position within the organization, focused on developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies while supporting various HR functions . This fully onsite role is a pivotal position within the organization, focused on developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies while supporting various HR functions . The ideal candidate will bring significant experience developing and executing recruiting strategies while also supporting performance management, succession planning, employee development, and talent programs . This person should be comfortable partnering with leaders across the organization, managing full-cycle recruiting efforts, driving workforce planning initiatives, and helping shape the employee lifecycle from attraction through development and retention. Experience supporting performance improvement plans, talent reviews, leadership development, succession planning, and learning initiatives is highly desirable. Successful candidates will be: Experienced in high-level Talent Acquisition and workforce planning Comfortable working with senior leaders on talent strategy Skilled in performance management and employee development programs Strong communicators who can influence and build relationships across departments Strategic thinkers who can develop programs while also executing day-to-day priorities Organized project managers capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously Additional Position Highlights Base Salary: Dependent on experience - $115,000-$130,000 Annual Bonus Opportunity: 10% target bonus Monthly Vehicle Allowance: Approximately $300 Monthly Cell Phone Reimbursement: $35-$45 Opportunity to grow into a Senior Talent Partner or broader HR leadership role Requirements Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 1st Shift Benefits The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, holiday, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and other perks.
