Key Responsibilities\n- \n

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and other professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to each client’s care. \n
- Educate clients on effective coping strategies, self-care practices, and communication skills to empower them in managing their mental health independently. \n

Your work as an LCSW will focus on a diverse array of clients dealing with various mental health conditions, from anxiety and depression to complex trauma and severe behavioral issues. - A current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas. \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field. \n

While a minimum of four years of relevant experience is required, candidates with previous exposure to outpatient mental health settings and those who have successfully navigated emergency interventions will be given special consideration. Compensation and Benefits\nWe offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
