Closing Support SpecialistLexington, KY, US On-site Vaco $USD 55000 - 60000 Direct HireWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Closing Support Specialist to assist in managing the administrative and logistical aspects of the closing process for a growing team! In this role, you will act as a key point of contact between clients, agents, lenders, attorneys, and other involved parties to ensure a smooth, timely, and compliant transaction closing.Key Responsibilities:Support and coordinate all aspects of the closing process from contract to completionMaintain consistent communication with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title companiesReview contracts, addenda, and documentation for completeness and accuracyTrack deadlines and ensure all contract contingencies and requirements are metCollect, verify, and organize all necessary documents and informationSchedule and confirm closing appointments, including dates, times, and locationsProvide timely updates and follow-ups to all stakeholders involvedTroubleshoot and help resolve any issues that may delay or impact the closingMaintain organized records and ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and policiesMinimal travel requiredQualifications:Experience in transaction coordination, real estate, mortgage, title, or a related field preferredExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office and industry-related platforms (CRM, transaction management systems)Self-starter with a team-oriented mindsetDetermining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
