Automotive Service Technician

Responsibilities: Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards. Diagnose cause of malfunction. Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements. Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work. Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures. Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools. Who We're Looking For: Experienced automotive technicians who are passionate about their craft and eager to advance their career. Technicians with any manufacturer experience (ie. Nissan, Toyota, etc) encouraged to apply. ASE certification is a plus but not required. With a strong willingness to learn and grow is essential. The estimated flat rate earning range for this position is $20.00 - $50.00/FRH, which includes bonus opportunities such as Production/Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
