Position Type Police Officer / Resource Officer / Resource Officer Salary Range $42,250 - $59,500 at 197 working days Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Texas Peace Officer License issued by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE). Valid Texas drivers license. Special Knowledge and Skills General knowledge of criminal investigation, police report writing, and criminal laws. Training and ability to subdue offenders, including use of firearms and handcuffs. Bondable as required by Texas Education Code 37.081. Ability to pass required physical, psychiatric, and drug tests. Ability to work with youths and adults. Strong communication, public relations, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Experience Background in law enforcement or related work experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
