Shift Leader - $18.25/hr.

Shift Leader – Portillo’s We’re looking for Shift Leaders to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting with the operation of the restaurant by directing hourly team members in food production, guest services, equipment maintenance, inventory costs and controls. What’s in it for you? The pay rate for this role is $18.25 per hour, with additional compensation:

• 2 per hour for all hours worked after 11pm
• 2 per hour when working outside in temperatures below 33°F
