Connexis Group is a private equity–backed platform in the fiber optic cable and connectors industry, currently at approximately $20M in revenue and scaling rapidly through acquisition. This is a high-growth, fast-paced environment and we are looking for a Marketing Operations and CRM Lead to have a hand in expanding and building the marketing function to have a direct, visible impact on the company in it's growth stage.

Position Summary

The Marketing Operations and CRM Lead will work closely with the sales and leadership team, manage the CRM, marketing operations, and demand generation across a growing group of companies. This role will drive marketing automation, reporting, and digital marketing initiatives, while developing consistent processes and ensuring alignment between both marketing and sales as well as across the companies within the group. The ideal candidate is hand-on with strong analytical and organization skills who wants to build and grow with Connexis!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow marketing qualified leads
  • Grow and expand digital marketing and ZoomInfo to increase MQLs entering the sales pipeline
  • Build and managed targeted prospect lists in ZoomInfo
  • Create industry specific outreach campaigns and marketing communication cadence 
  • Develop email campaigns, including creating collateral
  • Track lead conversion rates
  • Generate 10-25 new MQLs per quarter
  • Maintain lead conversion tracking for all campaigns across the group
  • Continue to advance marketing automation techniques
• Social Media Management
  • increase visibility and engagement while established the companies online presence
  • Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule
  • Share project updates, case studies, company news, and employee highlights across social media platforms to increase visibility
  • Develop internal relationships to increase employee engagement with company content
  • Promote trade show attendance and industry events to boost qualified leads and presence
  • Publish 3-4 posts per month for all companies within the group
  • Track post performance on a monthly basis.
  • Support brand awareness and assist in recruiting efforts by creating a well established reputation
• Content Marketing Development
  • Support lead generation through educational and industry-focused content.
  • Crease blogs, case studies, project spotlights, and email content
  • Develop customer success stories with the partnership of the sales team
  • Create and publish trade show and event content
  • Update the websites across the group
• Marketing Reporting and ROI Tracking
  • Establish consistent reporting demonstrating marketing impact on business growth
  • Crease monthly marking dashboards
  • Track leads generated by source
  • Measure campaign effectiveness
  • Monitor website and social media analystics
  • Deliver monthly reports to leadership
    
  • Identify top-performing marketing channels
    
• Ownership of annual marketing planning
• Leads cross-company marketing initaitives
• Enhance collaboration between sales and marketing teams
• Trade show support and management

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, CRM management, or demand generation.
• Hands-on experience managing a CRM, including data integrity, lead tracking, reporting, and process development.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, MQL management, lead qualification, and sales/marketing pipeline tracking.
• Experience with prospecting tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build dashboards, track KPIs, measure campaign performance, and report marketing results
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing email campaigns, social media content, and marketing materials.
