Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of California school-based SLP experience required
• At least 1 year of experience working with SEIS
• Experience supervising SLPAs and facilitators preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage high caseloads and incoming referrals
• Bilingual Spanish highly valued (but not mandatory)
• CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship eligibility required
• Onsite only; no remote options

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full-time school-based speech and language services, 37.5 hours per week
• Oversee and supervise SLPA support staff if assigned
• Manage diverse and high-volume caseloads with flexibility and professionalism
• Complete all documentation and assessments as needed for IEPs and referrals
• Collaborate with educators and families to promote student success
