3LS is looking for a trauma-competent, quality-driven professional to join our amazing team as an Employee Relations Manager.

You'll support our Omni Family of Services network and have a real, visible impact through collaboration, innovation, and care.

The Employee Relations Manager is critical to achieving this focus. In this role, you would be responsible for supporting the Director in the coordination of all HR-related employee relations processes and procedures.

• Passion and expertise in employee relations
• A desire to help others become the best they can be while managing a healthy work/life balance
• Ability to be both a team member and a thought leader
• High school diploma/GED required; Associate degree in Human Resources preferred
• Two years' experience in the Human Resources function at a large organization preferred, or equivalent education and experience
• Valid driver's license, proof of automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
