Geriatric Medicine Physician

Providence PACE is seeking a full-time Physician to join our Portland, Oregon team. This is an excellent opportunity for a primary care provider who enjoys variety, values team-based care, and is able to float across our seven PACE centers throughout the Portland metro area. You will join an established, interdisciplinary, multi-center program that provides older adults with comprehensive whole-person care, including medical, behavioral health, therapeutic, and recreational services. Our PACE program focuses on keeping older adults active and fostering independence. Some of your visits will be in outpatient primary care clinics, but many will be in private residences, assisted living facilities, adult care homes, skilled nursing facilities, and other community-based settings.
