Job Title: TikTok LIVE Host
Location: North Brunswick, NJ 08902
Employment Type: Temporary, with potential for extension or conversion
Duration: 3+ months
Shift: Flexible scheduling across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts (24/7 operations)
Preferred Shift Length: 6 hours
Start Date: After offer acceptance
Dress Code: Fashionable, expressive, and authentic
Pay Schedule: Weekly, with the workweek running Sunday through Saturday and payment issued on Friday
Timesheets: Hours must be submitted weekly for client approval
Conversion Eligibility: 780 hours
Language Requirement: English proficiency required for workplace communication and safety; bilingual candidates are preferred.

Position Summary

Our Client, is seeking energetic, confident, and engaging TikTok LIVE Hosts to showcase products and create entertaining, interactive live shopping experiences. The ideal candidates enjoy connecting with people, presenting unique products, and encouraging audience participation in a fast-paced, social-commerce environment.

This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable on camera, enjoy toys, squishies, beauty products, and collectibles, and can turn product demonstrations into engaging shopping experiences. Previous livestreaming or sales experience is a plus but is not required.

Key Responsibilities

·         Host engaging TikTok LIVE sessions featuring squishies, beauty products, toys, collectibles, and other unique finds.

·         Demonstrate and showcase products in an entertaining, informative, and appealing manner.

·         Interact with viewers in real time, answer product questions, and encourage audience participation.

·         Conduct live auctions, flash deals, giveaways, and other interactive shopping promotions.

·         Encourage purchases and support sales goals through effective product presentation and audience engagement.

·         Maintain a positive, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere throughout each live session.

·         Build and nurture an engaged community around the client's branding.

·         Learn and confidently use TikTok LIVE tools, livestreaming equipment, and related technology.

·         Follow assigned schedules, maintain reliable attendance, and take ownership of each live show.

·         Represent the brand professionally while expressing an authentic and engaging on-camera personality.

Required Qualifications

·         Strong verbal communication skills in English.

·         An energetic, confident, and engaging personality.

·         Comfort speaking on camera and interacting with a live audience.

·         Ability to communicate product features clearly and respond naturally to viewer questions.

·         Willingness to learn TikTok LIVE and livestreaming technology.

·         Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently during live sessions.

·         Ability to maintain enthusiasm and audience engagement throughout scheduled shifts.

·         Interest in toys, squishies, beauty products, collectibles, or discovering unique products.

·         Availability to work flexible shifts based on business needs and individual availability.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, product demonstrations, hosting, content creation, or livestreaming.

·         Familiarity with TikTok, TikTok LIVE, or other social-commerce platforms.

·         Experience promoting products, conducting live auctions, or engaging audiences through interactive content.

·         Bilingual communication skills.

·         Note: Candidates without prior hosting, sales, or livestreaming experience are encouraged to apply if they demonstrate strong communication skills, confidence on camera, and a willingness to learn.

·         Work Schedule

·         Tilly Finds operates on a 24/7 schedule. Hosts may be scheduled across first, second, or third shifts, depending on availability and operational requirements. Six-hour shifts are preferred, with schedules coordinated to support continuous livestream coverage.

·         Candidates should indicate their preferred working hours and overall availability during the screening process.
