Responsibilities
- Delivers coordinated nursing care for ER patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assesses patient status, develops and implements care plans, and documents care and outcomes.
- Supervises and directs activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; delegates tasks appropriately.
- Coordinates patient care with other disciplines to ensure timely, safe delivery of services.
- Applies critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making in fast-paced emergency situations.

Requirements
- Active RN license (state-specific licensure as required)
- ER nursing experience (Emergency Department experience)
- Ability to work evenings; 12-hour shifts (36 hours per week)
- Willingness to travel for a 13-week assignment
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
