Job DescriptionPalm Health is excited to introduce a new opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiac Electrophysiologist to join a growing and comprehensive cardiovascular program. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a well-supported, physician-focused environment with strong clinical infrastructure, collaborative leadership, and expanding electrophysiology servicesElectrophysiology Focus\nThe incoming EP will provide full-scope electrophysiology care, including:\n\n Device implantation and management:\n \n Pacemakers\n ICDs\n Loop recorders\n \n Advanced EP procedures:\n \n Atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter ablations\n SVT ablations\n Ventricular tachycardia ablations\n \n Structural heart involvement:\n \n Watchman procedures\n \n\nThe program is comprehensive in scope, though it does not include ECMO, LVAD, or transplant services.Practice Environment\nThis is a new EP position created to support program growth and increasing clinical demand, offering immediate volume and strong system support.\n\n Established cardiovascular service line with expanding EP capabilities\n Shared care model with advanced practice clinicians (APCs), RNs, MAs, and dedicated scheduling support\n Integrated inpatient and outpatient responsibilities\n Balanced clinical structure with EP lab and clinic time\n Efficient outpatient scheduling model (new and established patient templates)\n No current EP call requirement\nClinical Infrastructure\n\n Multiple modern cath labs and hybrid OR capabilities\n Accredited cardiovascular and chest pain programs\n Advanced imaging support including cardiac CTA and cardiac MRI\n Fully integrated electronic medical record system\n Strong multidisciplinary cardiovascular team with interventional and structural heart collaboration\nTeam & Growth Environment\nThe cardiovascular program includes both established and growing service lines with a focus on long-term expansion of electrophysiology and structural heart services.
