Candidates should have a strong background in Data Architecture, Data Modernization, end-to-end Data capabilities, AI, Gen AI, and Agentic AI, preferably with a controls systems or electrical engineering background. Experience delivering business use cases in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Customer Growth, and a history of consulting work in a fast‑paced environment is essential. The Opportunity Lead and develop transformative technology projects for clients in the mobility and manufacturing sector. Drive initiative execution, solve complex analytical problems, and enable the use of ML and AI at scale. Use Agile and Waterfall approaches to manage timelines, costs, and quality while coaching technical and non‑technical team members. Your Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver one or more processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on quality and risk management. Drive continuous process improvement by researching best practices. Supervise and mentor team members on complex technical initiatives. Act as the go‑to resource for understanding client problems and delivering data‑architecture solutions. Help win new business and build relationships with senior decision makers. Communicate effectively with C‑level executives and challenge them constructively.
