Assistant Director of Nursing ADON

Job Summary:

Batavia Rehabilitation and Nursing is proud to offer a full continuum of premium healthcare services provided by highly trained and skilled personnel with years of experience. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team. As a leader in our nursing team, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the highest standards of care for our residents, while working closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) to support and lead our dedicated nursing team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and resident satisfaction
• Collaborate with the DON to develop and implement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Conduct regular rounds to ensure staff adherence to standards of care and resident needs are being met
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions
• Foster a positive and respectful work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among staff

Requirements:

• New York State RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in long-term care settings, preferably as a Unit Manager or RN Supervisor
