I opened my agency in 2026 and am excited to be building a brand-new team from the ground up. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in medical device sales, where I developed a passion for helping people, building relationships, and finding solutions to meet their needs. I’m a graduate of Indiana University and a lifelong resident of the Indianapolis area. Outside of work, I enjoy sports, golfing, and attending live music events whenever I get the chance. As a new agency, I’m looking forward to becoming deeply involved in the community and building strong relationships throughout Greenwood and the surrounding area. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chad Murray - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
