ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2026 and am excited to be building a brand-new team from the ground up. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in medical device sales, where I developed a passion for helping people, building relationships, and finding solutions to meet their needs.

I’m a graduate of Indiana University and a lifelong resident of the Indianapolis area. Outside of work, I enjoy sports, golfing, and attending live music events whenever I get the chance. As a new agency, I’m looking forward to becoming deeply involved in the community and building strong relationships throughout Greenwood and the surrounding area.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chad Murray - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
