Dream Dental is hiring! We're a growing, patient-focused practice in Goodlettsville, TN, looking for a friendly, reliable Hygiene Assistant to support our amazing dental team. What You'll Do
- Assist the dental hygienist with patient care and procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
- Take and process dental X-rays (TN radiography certification required)
- Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit
- Keep accurate records and update medical histories
- Promote good oral hygiene through patient education
- Follow safety and infection control protocols
- 2+ years experience as a dental or hygiene assistant
- Radiology certification in TN (required)
- CPR certification (preferred)
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Great communication and a true team-player mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office
