Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 1 Saturday per month

Dream Dental is hiring! We're a growing, patient-focused practice in Goodlettsville, TN, looking for a friendly, reliable Hygiene Assistant to support our amazing dental team. If you're great with patients, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to grow your career - we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

Assist the dental hygienist with patient care and procedures
Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
Take and process dental X-rays (TN radiography certification required)
Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit
Keep accurate records and update medical histories
Promote good oral hygiene through patient education
Follow safety and infection control protocols

What We're Looking For

2+ years experience as a dental or hygiene assistant
Radiology certification in TN (required)
CPR certification (preferred)
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Great communication and a true team-player mindset
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office
