Product Manager

Full‑time, regular position in Digital Experience. Annual rate $65,000 with a comprehensive benefits package. Product Manager The Product Manager position oversees the full lifecycle of a product ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs while improving the overall digital experience. Responsibilities Works closely with the Digital Experience Manager, UI/UX Designer, developers and other stakeholders to align product strategy with business and customer goals. Provides clear, well‑written, and easy to understand functional requirements to developers. Identifies new opportunities that align with the product vision to add to the backlog while working current projects through the product lifecycle to ensure the product roadmap is consistently moving. Interacts with customers and staff to understand their experience and share with the Director Experience, Digital Experience Manager, and UI/UX Designer to identify opportunities for product improvement. Ensures product deliverables meet quality standards, customer needs, and business objectives. Develops post‑launch support documentation and strategies that ensure smooth delivery and minimal disruptions. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to understand goals, needs, and outcomes to create solutions that not only solve problems, but improve digital experience for customers. Ability to make data‑driven decisions to solve problems and evaluate issues as needed to ensure products are delivered successfully. Knowledge of industry changes and fully exploring all solution possibilities. Skilled in reviewing feedback and gathering data necessary to influence and support solutions. Skilled in product management methodologies and successful application. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in business administration in any field, or two (2) years of experience in product management, or a closely related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preference May Be Given To Candidates Who Five (5) years of experience in product management in lieu of education. Special Requirements The schedule may vary and require flexibility, including some early or late shifts, weekends, and occasional overtime. May require occasional travel and reliable transportation for local travel. Works in a comfortable office setting with a computer for a large percentage of the workday.
