Description Seven Mountains Media has an immediate opening for a Traffic Manager in our Elmira market. This vital role is the operational backbone of our commercial broadcasting, focusing on the seamless processing of commercial orders and traffic logs. If you are a hyper‑organized individual with a sharp eye for detail, a knack for data entry, and a collaborative spirit, we want to hear from you. Position Title Traffic Manager Responsibilities Log Management: Complete daily commercial traffic logs, confirm absolute accuracy, and reconcile logs to investigate any discrepancies. Order Scheduling: Enter and schedule digital, creative, and on‑air orders while assigning appropriate copy to specific spots for air. Barter Affidavits: Verify all commercials run and submit any missing air times on Barter websites. Reporting: Run daily and weekly performance/continuity reports for management and sales teams. Team and Client Support: Communicate effectively with multiple departments and external sources to ensure log accuracy; greet and assist visitors, and provide administrative backup to other team members as needed. Qualifications Skills: Excellent computer proficiency and strong attention to detail. Time Management: Proven ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict, daily deadlines. Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work closely in a group environment. Bonus: Previous radio broadcast experience is a plus.
