Electrical Quality Control Representative

We are looking for a best in class Electrical QC Representative willing to roll up their sleeves and exude a passion for the field. Our QA/QC team plays an integral role in ensuring the delivery of properly built, tested, and verified installations. What You Will Do Review and interpret Client Specification with the construction team Development and implementation of project specific quality control plans Audit installations and report issues and remediations to Foreman or Superintendents Conduct and document required Client or D&L Electric QC checks Commission new systems with construction team or clients Coach and guide Electricians in completing installs that meet or exceed QC and Spec requirements What You Will Need To Succeed High School Diploma or GED 5 years of field experience in a similar role Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook applications Possess strong organizational and time management skills Physical demands Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must be able to lift 20–30 pounds independently; lifting from knee to shoulder heights; other lifting required from various levels. Must be able to remain stationary position for extended periods of time, prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 60 pounds independently; lifting from knee to shoulder heights; other lifting required from various levels. Must be able to carry and transport up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet. Requires standing for extended period with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, and stooping, pushing and/or pulling in an environment that may be cold, hot, noisy, and wet and may have fumes or odors.
